I'm a 43yr old mom and wife....struggling for far too long.... I've reached the unbelievable, morbidly weight of 312lb. It just "crept" on me. I prayed that by the Grace of God, that I will be able to have the courage and strenght to change my horrible habits, one day at a time.

I'm a 43 yr old mom, I've reached the unbelievable morbidly weight of 317lb I don't even know how (well i can of do) but it happen so "sneakedly" i'm so desperately feeling so depressed.....
Praying that God will give me the strenght one day at the time, moment by moment.
